is a 23-year-old actor, currently starring in the national tour of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s
THE SOUND OF MUSIC.

A Silver Spring, Maryland native, Ian grew up playing baseball with his brothers Connor and Papi before discovering his passion for musical theatre. While still in high school, he began originating roles in new musicals created by his childhood best friends Daniel Seligman and Mia Ehrlich. That creative partnership continues today: Ian is a founding member of 411 Music, the trio’s company dedicated to developing original musical theatre works.

Ian spent two years in the BFA Musical Theatre program at the University of Michigan, before pausing his studies to join the National Tour of DEAR EVAN HANSEN :

Ian spent a year on tour, then returned to Michigan and graduated on time. While attending "UMich", Ian starred as Berger in HAIR, Eddie Birdlace in DOGFIGHT, and Frank Abagnale Jr. in CATCH ME IF YOU CAN.
​
After college, Ian moved to New York City, where he continued starring in 411 Music projects, and began a rock band, playing venues such as The Delancey, and The Cutting Room.
​
Ian is currently creating the role of THE 1000 YEAR OLD MAN in Seligman & Ehrlich's newest musical, while “going on eighteen” across the country, eight times a week.
